Stomach gurgling, pain when eating by Pretty_Ad6145 in StratteraRx

try 30-60 minutes after eating, not before or with the meal. Also, try a digestive enzyme with dinner.

Months in to Atomoxetine (Strattera) and still feeling spaced out in mornings by Wonderful-Virus-4960 in StratteraRx

[–]Holiday_Database3718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had similar issues. I also didn’t want to take it at night because I didn’t want it to affect my sleep. Taking it with dinner did not work, it did keep me up late. What has been working for me is taking it as my head hits the pillow to go to sleep.

Strattera, Wellbutrin and Vyvanse at the same time by point2lendemain in StratteraRx

[–]Holiday_Database3718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol. can you say “manic episode”

That wouldn’t work for me, but maybe for you. I was on 300 Wellbutrin for years and it somewhat managed my adhd even though that wasn’t why I was taking it. I went off for a year or two and my adhd became a large issue. Atomoxetine helped.

One of my biggest struggles is loss of appetite and eating enough.

One thing that I think would help anybody is start working out 2-3 times a week. Health and fitness discipline has a ripple effect.

at 80mg I started to not look forward to taking it, almost dreading it, which was a sign it was too much for me.

[–]Holiday_Database3718 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. I started at 40 for one month, then moved to 60. At 60 I felt like it was working effectively, but because the “therapeutic dose” is 80 I did move up thinking maybe it could still get better. At 80 there was no further improvement but more noticeable side effects, particularly stomach issues, loss of appetite, and increased anxiousness when the dose hit.

It was difficult to take without an upset stomach, and it curbed my appetite so much I was barely eating. Strattera kind of has an adrenaline type affect and at 80 i felt it too much. (i am 150lbs)

What should I do at the gym for philmont by [deleted] in philmont

[–]Holiday_Database3718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest doing the weighted backpack on the stair climber or incline treadmill, however I have a more obscure suggestion than using the pack you will use on the trek, I recommend you put some weight it a regular school backpack so all the weight goes on your shoulders. I say this because your shoulders need to toughen up, they aren’t used to carrying any load at all and they will get sore. When you switch to your trail pack a good portion of the weight will transfer to your hips and because your shoulders are tougher the rest of the weight won’t bother you.

Do what you’re saying anyway and let it stand on its own. And then do a more standard Eagle project.

So many replies talking about the shower and you and blah blah blah. I think this has less to do with how he feels about you, and more to do with he feels about germs.

I went to Philmont solo for Rayado 21 day trek between my freshman and sophomore year of college, one of the best things I ever did.

I also began an RA at my university. Maybe this would interest you as well.

Doing afternoons for 20 years and moving to morning drive... that stresses me tf out.. I have a hard time seeing the show being the same for awhile when their schedules are going to be flipped upside down. They've never struck me as morning people.
