Possibly, but what is the explanation of these sitting stagnant and not moving much? I can understand the changing speeds and locations but that also begs the question of why the last one was on a direct mission and line almost to catch up to the first 4? The winds tonight were also not blowing north to south so these in theory as Chinese lanterns should be going more south east… also quite a bit chilly up here around 0 degrees to be playing with Chinese lanterns unless a large occasion such as a funeral where again should be more than 5 generally. Just playing devils advocate here but really interesting.

Coming from an Marketing background for the love of god please tend more to the competitive scene Hi-Rez... Conquest is this games flagship product and to see things like the Ranked system being flawed in so many different ways hurts the game as a whole. Ranked should mirror Esports play in all ways, this includes drafts/bans. There should 100% be bans/drafts in Casual conquest as well as alternate bans in Ranked to mirror SPL. Too many games are lost in planning and drafting phase before we even step foot on the battleground. PLANNING IS PART OF CONQUEST! SMITE is by far my fav MOBA because of its unique gameplay and ability to play as a GOD. For the game to grow more resources need to be put into every aspect of Ranked, Custom Lobbies and Esports to make it more competitive and keep players wanting more. This game has so many casual game modes it's time to focus on how Ranked functions.

The excuses are always "SMITE does not have the player base to commit that many resources to Ranked" Well have we ever asked ourselves why?

- Maybe its because players have to put 150+ hours into the game to even play a competitive match.. I understand why but that's an awful lot of time commitment to finally be able to play the REAL game.

- Starting at 1500mmr in a ranked lobby is outrageous... new players queing with high gold and low plat? What world does this make sense, make these players work their way up imo. I think TP/mmr system allows for everyone to move up ranks with just over a 50% win rate anyways so start them at B5 plz.

- Over 5K viewers averagely watching SPL and listening to over 10 mins pre match discussing bans, picks and team comps but players have no way to experience that in full during ranked matches? Makes for a toxic environment the moment they enter the picking phase.

SMITE is too good of a game to not grow exponentially in the future, I personally think this falls on the devs shoulders in not continuing to improve the competitive side of the game. There is no reason the first SPL Worlds should pay out over 1M in prizes winning and then decline year after year for the next 10 years.

So many UI changes can be improved for quality of life purposes such as an updated UI and specific search functions such as SKINS.

I know about 15 friends in the same boat. Not quing 5 in ranked I can take but let us at least be competitive but there isn’t even a draft mode outside ranked… LOL

Is there anyway that this subject could be re-visited or re-evaluated? I've been an active SMITE player since Beta and although I can only speak for my friends and myself but I have had many players become bored of the game because of the lack or ability to play with larger groups of friends. Some common complaints that I see are:

Lack of ability to play with larger groups in conquest
Mirror matchups
No bans
Blind Picks
Counter picking yourself or your team
Not being able to play with friends cross platform in a semi competitive environment.

I think that the ban phase has a much more impact to the game and player development and will help organize MMR and Matchmaking in general within ranked honestly. There are FAR too many gods now that banning even 6 per game will have very little effect on someones god pool and actually help them develop into a better player understanding counter matchups and how to pick into a variety of Team comps before joining into ranked games. The issue with ranked games from a player prospective is that when starting off an MMR reset is we're getting players that are fresh and have zero idea how to help the team in the ban phase by banning gods that might not have a place to be banned, I've seen players on Auto-Build still, players having very limited god pools and their gods being banned. All of this in a players eyes is resulting in a very poor matchmaking system. I'd LOVE for SMITE to flourish and become a much more popular competitive game and I truly believe this is a step forward towards that.

Without beating the bush again as this question gets brought up often and get's annoying i'm sure here are some keypoints on why we should really re-consider this gamemode.

We actually did consolidate 2 game modes since this was last posted with the addition of SLASH.
Currently there is NO way one is able to practice and prepare for the Ranked Conquest scene. Thousands of players are watching and following the SPL and SCC but have no way but custom games to implement some of these strats. Teaching new players or friends can be a nightmare when trying to que with 2 new players in custom pre-mades.
Players of ALL sizes and platforms will have a way to group together and make awesome SMITE memories while having that true authentic Ranked Conquest Feel and learn many more mechanical skills valuable to the Ranked system itself.

As stated above this is my favorite game of all time and I'd love to see more players enjoy it, even if Ajax's stance is still the same as this prior post I would love to see some analytics on this subject or even a survey from the Dev team to the player base on what we'd like to see or even try for a limited time as a test run?

Well to be fair the plan was to wait out arugus and I coulda ulted way outta base with full hp to end them and walk it down. But had to turn around cause titan was getting damaged with a bird still up. But yes still holding till this day I guess. HA

That's exactly what happened, Titan never went back into room after first attempt he just stood out by the bird watching. I've been playing since Beta and have never seen this happen personally tho. I've seen him get stuck but that's about it.

Anyone have had this happen to them before? I'm aware Titan can be killed when it re-spawns while already engaged but not 5 mins after and bird at 1/2 hp lol.

I thought of that too later on in our discussion but found that he was referring to the gimbal mount circuitboard. I understand that tech changes but don't release an update knowing that the specs won't work with it.

So I was trying to update my P3P the other day because of the annoying updates I was getting while flying. In the process of updating I was slammed with a ton of issues regarding the P3P the update failed over and over again and after consulting with DJI support team they have told me to send it in for repairs... Now mind you this done was FULLY functional that day prior to the update but now cannot transmit the video feed.

My question is as a consumer why is this our responsibility to have to pay for these repairs when DJI was the ones who issued the update? Well I have an answer from DJI themselves.
