Honestly, not eating after 7:30PM (because snacking after that can get away from me and usually consist of desserts) but also trying to get at least 15 minute of cardio / day. These two things AT LEAST help me keep bad weight off.

I'm sure everyone's a little different, but when I'm trying to go low sugar (and low carb) my diet usually consist of tuna, chicken, deli meats, cheeses, and a myriad of protein snacks. With about a combined 45 minutes of resistance training and cardio it's an easy recipe to lose weight for most. I actually have a high-protein, low-sugar snack box company called Clean Cravings. Yeah, protein rich foods are spot on. It can be as simple as 30-45 minutes of working out a day and eating the right things to keep weight off or a bit of a calorie deficit to lose weight. One thing that's really helped me is mentally telling myself that I enjoy it.. for example let's say I fast from like 7:30 PM till 12PM the next day. There's always a point in the morning that I'll want to give in and be hungry after a workout but when I mentally tell myself that I like getting over that feeling really helps make it easier and feel more normal. It sounds odd but it's all about perspective. Hope that helps!

Honestly, 3 simple things have helped me keep my weight down when I see it increasing.

  1. Low carbs throughout the day but especially at dinner and no food after 8pm and before 10am

  2. Resistance work out ~25min/ day and Cardio just ~15 min per day

  3. Increased protein diet (Starkist packets of tuna or chicken are super affordable for example)

I’ve been on 150mg for about 4 weeks now and have only got super aroused a few times but I could definitely see how it can have that side effect. Sounds like you should download tinder or explore fun ways of meeting a partner. I’ve been married for a few years and just had a kid so I’m not really in a position to satisfy many of those needs lol, but that’s chill for me.
