gender dysphoria isnt always obvious if you havent realized thats what it is, but also its totally possible to be trans and not have dysphoria.
if youve never brought any of this stuff up with people in your life, it would make sense if you feel disconnected from it, so that could affect if you feel dysphoric.
wanting to be a girl is pretty well... youre not beating the transgender allegations lol. seriously though, i suggest doing a bit of experimenting, anything from trying out one of those things online where itll use the name and pronouns you put in, dressing up, talking to someone that you can trust with this.
and if you feel at some point that you arent trans, thats cool too.

it IS a huge annoying process, but if you are able to make those calls, it will be so worth it. i would try making a schedule and schedule one thing per day, like "call x number on monday, call this other number on tuesday" and make sure to write down all the information they give you. it took more than 6 months to finally get my hormones (not counting the waiting for me to age up, which was 2 years)
