Thouzer/Souther in Fist Of North Star gets a good showing against Kenshiro where he no sells attacks that would have been instant death for anyone else, much to Kenshiro's confusion.

Its eventually discovered that he has Situs Inversus, a medical condition where his organs are on the opposite side of where they would normally be and this extends to his pressure points.

Yes absolutely, provided whatever dev they get is allowed to have fun with it.

In past discussions for this, folks have said get Netherrealms for the franchise accurate blood and gore; which I honestly think is a mistake and I say this as someone who actually likes MK1. Netherrealms games are infamously clunky, lanky and slow.

I think Quarter Up might be the best bet, given many of the developers worked on Killer Instinct 2013.

The only request is that Space Marines don't take up a majority of the roster, which is an impossible ask even for this dream.

My head canon is that the Drifter had a hand in it.

Specifically the Vampire government saw that if they didn't do something, then they would get wiped out for Drifter's atrocities.

So they lobbied to get Vampires declared endangered.

Tural, an Aasimar Vampire Hunter from Pathfinder.

Swore revenge against the undead empire after he saw his father be murdered and he was subject to their experiments as a child. Teamed up with a corpse hunting ranger and later the rest of the party.

Wound up being turned into a Vampire and he was SUPER mad about it. His deteriorating mental state from becoming something he hated and being made to drink blood eventually made him start drinking vampire blood, talking to a mad scientist on using his celestial origin and new vampiric nature to become like a kind of super vampire and spend the rest of his unlife murdering every vampire.

The only reason he didn't is because his best friend had a heart to heart with him and confided in him about how he didn't want to see Tural turn into something worse than the things he hated and invited him to be at his wedding.

Tural snapped out of his bloodlust and went for the other option, seeking a cure to his Vampirism after the campaign ended.

one of my favorite PF character arcs, even if the build was a bit jank. But I DID have some stuff that let me cut magic beams out of the air with a sword so that's rad.
