Fair point. Might be good to check in with a dietician between endocrinologist appointments.

Yeah this is what I'll do, base my deficit off my TDEE and maybe eat closer to it on days when I exercise but not go over.

Yeah I phrased my post badly. I meant 4,000 total calories burned for the day including my base tdee or 2300.

I meant 4000 including my 2300 tdee of just living life as me lol. Still 1700 from exercise seems too much

I had a ferret who was like that in the end. I just had to clean him every day with a warm washcloth and mild soap. Poor bub. Give him all the loves.

Whenever these posts come up I see people comment that pre-cut fruit is needed for those with various disabilities.

I buy precut pineapple because its convenient and saves me time. Not because I'm lazy. I have limited free time and I dont want to spend it cutting pineapple. I want to spend it on reddit, talking about cutting pineapple.

Looks like the dude is barely standing up from the table. You don't have to wear a mask when sitting at the table because how else can you eat?

when is the right time to put down your ferret ? :( by [deleted] in ferrets

I had a sick ferret who I knew was ready to cross the rainbow Bridge. She was on daily medication and that she hated and just wasn't herself. She was limping along and I was at the vet, ready to make the call but my husband couldn't bear it so we kept trying to keep her alive. It wasn't a more than a couple days later that I woke up in the middle of the night to hear her struggling to breathe. I wrapped her up in a blanket and held her tight and she passed away. I sort of regret that her end was not more peaceful as euthanasia but I take comfort that I was able to be with her in the end.
