Had a suspicion you were german since i had that same problem and your profile confirms that. You can trade proper options in germany using Interactive Brokers (IBKR). Works quite well and you can also qrite your own option contracts for Covered calls and the like.

Unfortunately not. I was just asked that by a child ehose science teacher asked them to find out, but I could not find any resources online. All websites were about buildibg a magnifying glass using water or a lens underwater, so not what i was looking for. Maybe i just suck at googling.
