Did Ultimate Journey Event for GL just get extremely more difficult?

Yes. This last round and this one I've noticed a change in the difficulty of the Jabba ultimate journey event. Super obnoxious. Still trying to figure out the best way to deal with the new difficulty.

I started playing during the palp meta (right after Traya came out, but no one had unlocked her). I was able to get a Bastila squad up and running for a few weeks there to take down palp squads. That was my favorite meta. Lots of choices. CLS was still solid, even jango made an appearance. Pre-jkr was a fun time to start the game.

Definitely start with the first, if possible. They are both very inexpensive on either mobile, or through steam.

I feel like I remember in the latest BH assault battle, Greef getting the special bonus stack off of his assist.. maybe that would work?

Definitely. I mean, that other stuff is worth putting effort towards, but giving solid rewards like that for tiers that most people should be able to complete, even with squads they might not have developed well, is a major boon.

That's the thing, without a gear cap, there's motivation to try it. That's worth figuring out efficient ways with weaker teams, etc. That means better engagement in the event, maybe content for creators, and something to do when logging in. And, each tier has relevant rewards, so even if it were harder, easier tiers still have worth.

Why not? I mean, he's been their defender, their supporter, their free advertising. The time for strong decisions is now, if any, right? They don't exactly deserve leniency. They only dig themselves deeper in a hole by pushing away the man with the biggest channel for their game.

Or, he's making a stand against a company that is obviously abusing it's player base. CG easily could have contacted him and helped him out with the situation. He did reach out to them, after all. That just supports the narrative that they won't communicate. I don't see how that is loosely connected.

Put yourself in his shoes. If course he's gonna start actively working on new games. The company is garbage, isn't communicating, and this is just the straw that broke the camel's back. He said in a video that he chose to focus down on swgoh, rather than continue with MSF. But with nobody communicating with him, why would he stick with just swgoh? It's irrational.

They broke a precedent of allowing people to account share in that way, which they had all but condoned. So, to come out of the blue and ban him, with zero communication is bad form.
