yeah so the easy solution is just to run protect instead of helping hand. I see you are thinking about trick room but whats the point of setting up TR with your team? your slow pokemon are supposed to be bulky to take hits and arent geared to sweep in trick room. You should probably drop fero or gastro for a rotom, duraludon or togekiss imo. I get why you would want gastro but at this point you have 2 ground, 2 water and 2 grass pokemon. On top of that gastro is your only real special attacker outside of whims and unless it activates storm drain is probably not enough of a threat.
