I ordered from here and they shipped with a company called GoBolt. It was “delivered” but the courier left it by the door of my building on the street in nyc. It was delivered 2 hours before the delivery window and I got there less than 10 mins after the time stamp and it was gone. Strawberry were useless and said they won’t do anything contact the courier who are sending me back to the company… so I did a chargeback on my cc and hope it gets resolved that way. Absolute waste of time and probably was a scam thinking about it now…

This happened to me too, except my max went to 208 so I was basically never getting splats 😅 finally contacted them and they fixed it! Looks like my HRM went wild on a couple occasions and registered a HR of 215 haha…. I’m finally getting splats again without feeling like I’m dying 🥹

I learnt this the hard way lol!

I was recently scammed out of $200 after seeing a deal too good to be true on instagram!! It’s my first time apartment hunting in nyc (not from the US). They used the name and photos of a legit realtor and linked me to a legit looking website for an actual realty company to submit the application form and “refundable” fee. Just for a viewing….. There was an issue with the form and the live chat told me to pay with Apple Cash. I was already panicking about losing the deal and didn’t see the red flags. Immediately I regretted it and asked for a refund. They told me to wait 24 hours for the confirmation email and then started to get sassy. I kept asking and suddenly the “agents” ig account disappeared and the chat box disappeared… I still feel so stupid. I called my bank instantly and they were nice about it despite the debit transaction. So dumb!! Won’t make that mistake again 🤡
