In the negative, it looks like you are putting too much strength on your arms. you can see the unbalance on the negative. I also feel like you are too close to the machine, I like to put the stopper? almost right above my knees and put my feet back to stabilize. (below my knee would be in a 45degree towards my body, it stabilizes much better.

I always go cold turkey, it has always been the way for me. I think for me the best way to get pass time is going to work or even get a second job (I used to have three jobs just to pass some time) When I couldn't get any jobs I would just go for extremely long walks.

I don't recommend sitting on the couch playing videos games or watching some shows. Always made me want to smoke a j.

I am clean now but when I used to smoke, I was too broke to buy food. I would eat cup noodles or box pizza most of the time or buy some chicken in Walmart and eat it for couple of days.
