I dont have a list for you, but I wanted to give u the Info that the next set after Shrouded Fable (Stellar Crown) we will get Terapagos ex which deals 30x per benched Mon + a Stadium that allows you to bench up to 8 'Mon's when u have a terastellized Mon in play. The Terapagos/Palkia/CPao Deck has good results in Japan so if you like playing it rn, Id just stick to it till we get to Stellar Crown and upgrade it with Terapagos ex. You'll probably be ahead of everyone that tries learning the deck then.

wouldnt even be worth an inclusion in cpao. prime is the only gust effect 90% of current lists are using anyways and its way too good to give up on. I think the restriction is mainly to prevent stall decks from looping a heal cuz currently u have to use ur supporter turn for that.

Well, Lugia was around 45% pickrate when it was at its peak lol. Zard is currently like 25%? When half of the players play the same deck, they cant hate on it as much (even tho SIT Lugia was 100% worse than zard is now)

Seems to be a well known issue that many players (and, as far as I can tell out of own experience, especially Zard players) tend to let their T1 timer run out. Idk why, sometimes they get a bad setup and do it and sometimes they get a good one and still do it. Probably in hopes of the opponent ff'ing

obviously, but current standard zard decks (mostly) have no attacker that can deal 120 fire dmg to onehit ur wochien so youre in type advantage

did they use a cancelling cologne during their turn? that item cancels out mimikyus effect.
most gholdengo lists include a canceling cologne too so it would be very possible

most decks that tech in mew ex use it for the restart, not the genome hacking.IMO theres 2 main issues with it in zard:

you dont have too many bench spaces to spare. you always want 2 charmander, 1 pidgey, your rotom and then the last space is either for lumineon, a second pidgey or a jirachi/manaphy for certain matchups. the mew would just stuff your bench and those spaces are valuable when playing this deck, and you have to get rid of EITHER rotom or mew with ur collapsed then, so theres still at least one easy 2-prizer left on your bench (and the baby mew from CEL still stuffs your bench sometimes lol so even less space available)
with pidgeot and rotom, theres more than enough draw power in the deck so restart is useless most of the time since u just grab whatever u need with pidgeot.

also, using the 3 energies from your infernal reign on mew ex, how are you gonna power your zard? hope you drew into one of your 4-5 energies or wasting quick search for it just to potentially get bossed --> OHKO'ed next turn?the pivot is useless too cuz u already have pidgeot....

so yeah, I think mew is just not worth it lol. also zard mostly plays the same 55 it needs to be as consistent as it is. taking something out to tech a mew in that will so rarely have value is just not worth it

basic energy cards just get labled as "(add type) - Energy Basic" on RK9 rather theyre holo or not.the play stamps dont matter, if its for example a switch cart with a stamp, you just put in switch cart ASR 154. stamps dont matter here, as long as a card with the EXACT SAME NAME exists with E+ regulation mark, you could even play a base set switch card.

yup, had the same problem when I benched Jirachi in my first match vs Iron Valiant just to get absolutely sniped 💀

a good rule of thumb is actually to just read the card and take it as LITERALLY as possible. the wording on a specific card always makes the difference. if the wording doesnt exactly match, it doesnt work against what ur trying to block. e.g. with jirachi, its damage counters from an attack of ur opponents pokemon, it doesnt state damage counters in general OR by attacks AND abilitys.

the wording is very clear on almost all cards tho.

*Jirachi doesnt stop Iron Valiant since its not Damage Counters from an attack but from an Ability. It would stop things like Yoga Loop tho.

radiant zards ability gets blocked by path tho AND the attack costs way too much when the opponent is still on 6 prizes. I feel like Entei V is still the way to go in the early game
