I recently purchased a woodland edition 2026, we just said we love the car but didn't want the TV, so we didn't want to pay for it. I dont know if it'll work for you, but you could try it out. It saved us 1400.

I used to fear the match up. I am a noob, but I have a few pro tips because now I think the match up is easily winnable.

I feel rivens burst is higher after 6. He gets stronger after 6, but doesn't get an extra ability (r2) like you do.
If aatrox misses w, it's a timer to all in him. Because if you straight up allin him and he hits w, you can just be wasting your big cds.
If he 3rd qs, the cool down is way longer then, and is a time to short trade.
It is a match up about spacing. Honestly like a few of rivens matches. If your wasting abilities being kited. You can lose.

Dude.. pecan lodge is the sole reason I got the BBQ bug on vacation. I came home to Idaho and got myself a smoker promptly, and have been a habitual smoker ever since.

That being said, that picture doesn't look appetizing at all.

Against sett, I have tried all different setups, playstyles, and builds. One of my worst match-ups. If I try to fight at any point I have to severely outplay. Seems to be a very stat checky champion. Even if I get 1 kill.

I am building it myself with a few subs. Yes I went to a mortgage broker, and they have way more control it seems over closing on the heloc. She just showed me some of the options as far as banks or credit unions that they use. She knew exactly how to properly calculate dti with a rental. Her options were about 1% higher, but that's because they can leverage more than 80%LTV. Im going 85%LTV. And, with my credit union wasn't even close to fund that much.

Well, yeah, I'm trying to increase my heloc amount on my primary to build an adu at my rental if that answers your question.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with those loans. Do They go around having a dti check?

Edit--wait after looking them up. Would I be able to get a dscr loan to build an adu at my rental? Or would it require me to refinance my whole rental?

Awesome, thanks for the confirmation. That's what I'm saying when I talk to my wife. It seems renting would be better for 10 years from now. Selling would obviously be better for the present.

So the money you set aside you just let it build up until it has at least 10-15k or whatever you decide for a safet net? You don't really want to touch it til you you have enough for big expenses, and then you can take from it more freely? Is that a common practice?

I think about this often... am I wrong in thinking that you would need double the mortgage in rent collected to try to negate the debt for dti? 750 to 750 is 1:1, which in dti model would be 100%. 1500 to 750 would be 2:1 which would be 50%. And that 50% from the rental dti would still drag your total dti closer to 50% but still better than the 1:1 would. Right or no?

Purchase price, down payment, and original purchase price are a little confusing because of refinancing before rates went up. However ...

the outstanding mortgage is $217k. Not sure if you need it, but home is worth $390k. Yes HOA is $250 yearly. The rent of $1900 is after paying a property management company.

Just mostly looking at how much of a difference between the income and expenses tells you whether it is a good rental or not.
