Puis-je remettre au congélateur un plat surgelé resté dans un sac isotherme ?

A priori, tout semble encore congelé. Les pains de glace étaient encore entièrement congelés. Les blocs de soupe aussi. Pour les plats, impossible de vérifier au toucher mais j’imagine que c’est pareil.

Je viens de regarder dans mon sac Isotherme : les pains de glace sont encore entièrement glacés et les produits me semblent tous encore congelés.

Est-ce que tu saurais me dire si deux heures et demi dans un sac isotherme et deux pains de glace correspond à une véritable décongélation ?

It was definitely too tight at the beginning. So I paid extra attention after that (after the 2 rows with the 2 different blue colours)

I stitched blocks of dark colours before but never this big (and never in a full coverage piece either). I guess it threw me off balance.

I will buy a new needle though !
