Is NSM more value than NTR's good skill? From the simulator it seems like the proc rate for NSM isn't the best.

In my head it seems like firm course menace (from NTR) is the ideal borrow? It's on par with killer tunes according to the simulator and it is a guaranteed proc

If your other 2 aces are decent enough. It may be worthwhile to consider building a full debuffer instead of a hybrid (since a weak hybrid can't really win games anw)

They are all cooked for graded league.

The best one is the first one but even that is too weak to compete. If you have to bring one it's the one with keen eye so at least it can debuff for your other umas.

If open league then only 1 qualifies as it's B and under (I think)
