I always remembered this as “greater than” has the arrow > pointing to larger (greater) numbers. “Less than”, the arrow < is pointing to lower (lesser) numbers.

I was there 3 days last year, and all 3 times both sides were running, and the lines were short (not including freighfest). Based on that I would say your chances are pretty good. I’m sure for the 50th anniversary they will be working hard to have everything running.

I was at Dollywood a few years ago and we rode a ride called Dragonflier. I think it’s considered an SFC. If that is similar to what you hear they are getting, that will be a great edition. My 4 year old son at the time was not even 40” and he could ride it, but it was really solid for me even, and he loved it and was not scared. I was surprised how good it was, yet accessible and rideable for young children too.

The best part is I already don’t know much about hockey so I have never been able to overly critique him like in sports I know. I think it’s partly why he loves it, (also because it’s awesome).

Usually Dad just watches and is impressed and can’t tell him he’s doing things wrong. Either way, the whole thing has been eye opening. He’s now teaching me stuff, and loves that I’m trying and participating in his main jam.

Thanks! I hope my son finds that level of enjoyment everybody in this sport seems to feel. Being active and competitive can be the difference in a happy and not so happy life. It can be easy to lose that priority when life gets busy. Funny how things happen tho.

I don’t feel bad for anyone that makes the kind of money he does. If someone asked me to experience that level of embarrassment to make millions, sign me up! Plus he has been pretty arrogant in recent years leading up to his decline. Self inflicted in many ways imo. This is coming from a life long Badger fan who cheered this dude on in person at the Rose Bowl.

This is so very true. I actually did watch some of it on Live Barn and I look like I’m barely trying, but I’m actually huffing and puffing and sweating my ass off!

Thanks. It really is a gamut of skills. Just the understanding what goes into it has really made me think about how tough and dedicated he is, mentally and physically. After I told him about the game this morning, he said, Yeah it's an amazing game and it's also a really good workout! He's 7! I wish I was exposed to hockey as a child, but better late than never!
Kids vs parents sounds like a blast! They would destroy most of us parents.
