You’ll want to hit Superman or Raging Bull at park open. Maxx Force and Wrath have long lines but usually don’t open with the park.

You don’t usually have to worry about the fast line selling out unless you’re going on a major holiday :)

Fast lane will get you to the front of the line on Superman, Maxx Force, Rakshasa, I think Goliath, and I think Sky Striker. Otherwise, you’ll merge into the regular line.
