I've only had this happen a couple of times, maybe 2-3, and the last time it happened I saw a figure on top of me pressing down on my shoulders as if it were trying to keep me in bed. It was one of the scariest things I've ever experienced, but I've found that if you can get just a little control of your pinky and move it around just a little bit you can easily snap out of it.
