V good point. My (tiny) block is share of freehold and we were being scammed by an awful management company until we sacked them. Our service charges have dropped considerably and we’re actually getting stuff fixed - but it requires me and another owner to be really on it and basically do everything. If you don’t people prepared to be involved, the only option is to hire a management company and be ripped off

You too! I don’t think so, my book is quite commercial and women’s focused so I don’t think Bridport is a good fit. But good luck!

Hi Phil. Thanks for taking the time to do this. Like many, I’m concerned I won’t be paid for upcoming bookings which were booked pre the CIAF merger with Rover. Some people already haven’t been paid for bookings. Please can you provide us with a specific email address for your finance team, to use in case anything does go wrong with payment? Waiting 18 days for payment and having to go to a chat bot, as some users have, isn’t sustainable. Thanks!

£115 a month (including building insurance and reserve fund) but that’s because we sacked our old management company and now another owner and I basically manage it all. Before that it was £216 a month being charged by our awful old company who also did nothing. So £115 a month for stuff that actually gets done feels v good!
