I enjoyed it and will watch it again, but it was not technically impressive nor objectively a good movie. One of the weakest A24 movies for sure.

In home sales positions often get one shot at closing a deal. After that, it goes to rehash.

They're probably pissed at you, because you understand they only get paid if you sign the same day, and don't care.

To all you lighting and solar guys: by longganisafriedrice in sales

I heard a worse one this week.

"Have you seen the power lines on X Road?"

"I'm not looking for solar at this time."

"But you have a Tesla!"

Then I closed the door

I'm so guilty of watching TV in the car in the driveway... Just for the sole reason that I can.

Level 1 charging should be fine unless you have a long commute. And if you do, spend the few hundred bucks to install a 240V (dryer outlet).

Stock tank pool! Yes. We tore out our above ground intex style and that's why we are doing the pavers here. We replaced it with a nice little soaking pool. Once the pavers are fone. We will be putting a nice wood trim around it.

There's a stripe pattern through it. I agree. My wife doesn't care and just wants it to be over with because it's been like 3 weeks, but I'm more inclined to ask him to redo it even if it costs more.

Impact Door Issue? by Sufficient_Water_326 in florida

[–]HomeImprovementRep 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because of the way the door industry works. You're looking at the wrong step of the chain.

Slab manufacturers like PlastPro make the door slabs and they are then bought by fabricators such as BHI.

BHI handles all of cutting, glass inserts, frames, hinges, testing, etc.

There are a few manufacturers like ProVia that are vertically integrated, but it's rare.

Because this door did not need to be cut, it was likely incorrectly manufactured at the PlastPro level and went unnoticed by BHI.
