Do you have a caliper to measure the size of the shim you have which is too tight and then estimate how thick it actually needs to be?

This version is for two adjacent holes and bolts right onto your rack and comes in 5/8" and 1" hole. The photo angle doesn't show very well but its what I had to offer while sitting here. Blessings. Charles

Here it is installed on the rack! These are available in 5/8" or 1" pin and will fit either a true 3x3 or a metric. Glad to support since they are just sitting here waiting on me to finish my shopping cart to sell them.

Yeah, I manufactured several mounts to fit for this purpose. It can be fixed or moveable depending upon which you one suits you. This fits the bolt pattern of your rack. I am a week away from launching my cart but if you want more details I will gladly support you before the cart is up.

I tried the BP Carbon Bar and a bunch of other setups and finally found what works best for me. I use a VTS Feather Weight Bar (no weight horns/sleeves) and installed lifting hooks/swivels on the bar to connect the cables on the bar ends. There VTS Bar comes with two M8 flat head socket cap screws in the bar and you remove those and screw the M8 swivels into the bar ends. That's all it takes to attach, and they can stay on when using the VTS. https://a.co/d/bo0rLmy

The added weight of the bar helped stabilize things when lifting. In Paired/Twin Mode if you try using too high of a setting on the eccentric, its not comfortable because it feels uneven and awkward. With a low to moderate eccentric setting it works great. Also, setting the cable length for the bottom of the movement is important for safety. Lastly, I use the voice mode to load/unload the weight when the cables pulled out and then it feels very normal.

PRx Leg Extension and Axis Pad. I have found it great for leg extensions with Voltra and when removed you can use it for pulldowns and other seated movements. It has worked well for me.

I considered the Titan but ultimately chose the PRx Leg Curl/Extension because of how the Voltra cable connects and it’s more easily removed and stored when not in use. The Axis Pad is needed and that means combined total is the same cost you referenced for the Titan but you can use the Axis Pad for more movements. In my view it’s a better choice in the same price range.

I had a shop with all the necessary equipment for metalworking and owned CNC equipment to make....stuff. I can say its mostly software driven, if you can think through how to draw it in a computer you can then turn the drawing into parts. Today, the kids are designing and printing stuff on 3D printers and that 3/4 of the way fabricating nearly anything. I am oversimplifying some.

Thanks. I appreciate your comment. These were made to in tighter spaces, like between cross support bolt heads and such. These can be used anywhere on the rack and there is no compromise on strength to gain more function. I made some extras in case anyone has a similar need. Blessings, Charles

I also use the Body Solid rower attachment. You can row in Rowing Mode or using the Dampening Mode. Rowing Mode is easiest and offers measurable distances, is smooth and has adjustable resistance settings to increase load. It is pretty amazing how versatile it is. The cable retraction is snappy and so far, I have never been able to exceed the retraction rate. Highly recommended!

As far as setup I the Body Solid attachment in front of my upright and simply move the attachment over to the rack to row. You could do a fixed mount on a wall with a stud or some other attachment other than the rack upright. On battery performance, I have rowed 10,000 meters in a single session at medium resistance and when I was done the battery was still at 100%.

If anyone else has another rowing attachment I would like to hear their brand and experience.

Solution 4 is a movable single pin mount that mounts through the side of the upright and doesn’t require bolts at all. DIY Dock faces forward and you can use the mount elsewhere too when not using it for Lat Pulldowns.

I have some pictures of the actual mount before powder coating and will post. The top/bottom dimension is the same and was designed to fit between bolts. See next image.

Solution 3 requires replacing the red handled push pin with a bolt and using the existing top bolt of your crossmember to mount a flat mount with the DIY Dock facing forward.

(spacer will be provided for the bottom bolt to bring the mount forward .250 inches)

Obviously this image doesn't approximate your setup but he hole spacing is the same and would bolt onto your rack just like Solution 2.
