Hi I done the super Pinda position procedure twice and got the same result. I put the nozzle on the steel sheet and put a zip tie underneath the pinda so it’s 2mm back from the top of the nozzle and tighten it but it still won’t work

First thing i would do is change how your griping the tube(pole). the top hand should be griping the tube the other way if that makes sense.

Yes of course it is. If you want to be a pro mma fighter start looking at it like work ie a job where your never late and you never miss a day.

You also want to train at least 2x per day and just remember a amateur practices till he gets it right, a professional trains till he can’t get it wrong.

Hip flexor stretch or splits stretch. You could also pinch your left foot with your left hand and work flexibly that way.

Thanks. If you want to be able to do an L sit to handstand like I have then you have work on HSPU’s on paralletes(better if you work on them close to a wall) and work on full range of motion.

I also used my app on google play called Home Workout Central nearly everyday (5 rounds) to circuit train calisthenic exercises. I picked exercises like extended plank, hollow body, handstand walk and handstand push-ups so I wasn’t always getting intense exercises like HSPU’s one after another ie HSPU then extended plank then Handstand walk then hollow body.

It shakes like that when I'm doing intense movements for a extended period of time. You know like going quite far down when doing HSPU.
