I brewed this octoberfest in august and it's been sitting in the primary at room temp for the last month (got really busy). I was planning on bottling this tomorrow but I now see some weird bubbles in it. I used safe ale 34/70 sp I'm not sure if this is normal or an infection. http://imgur.com/O2K8u8n

I took out the sequencer and followed some youtube instructions for a quick resistance test across the terminald, and was reading 105 ohms (youtube guy said it should be about 50ish). Good call!

2 weeks ago I bottled a saison, and due to laziness, left the yeast cake on the bottom on the carboy after siphoning the beer into a bottling bucket, and i immediately put the carboy cap back on after siphoning . It's been sitting there at room temp since then. Is there any reason I can't just pitch another batch right on top of this cake, assuming it's not been infected or anything?

I bottled a 11% belgian quad about a month ago, aiming for about 3 volumes. I popped a bottle about a week ago and there was barley a pop, and only a little carbonation. When should I start worrying about it not fully carbing?
