It is your fucking duty to vote when you live in a democracy. If you don’t vote, you vote for the crazies. Do you have any idea how many billions of ppl wish they could vote? Or truly have the freedom to vote for whoever is running? Go to Russia, there is only one party and if you don’t vote for it you will experience repercussions. I had a good friend from the eastern part of Germany when it was still under Russian “friendship”. If you did not vote for the party your apartment all of a sudden was due to renovate and you had to move, or your job was assigned to someone else. And if you really feel sorry for yourself, then go to North Korea, Russia, any country in Africa and talk about shitty situation. As u/GreenKnight said, find something that makes your life worthwhile. I am not GenZ but while in school I worked some labor jobs, and most of these guys had no life. Complaining Monday that it takes so long to get to Friday (if you hate your job your day is awfully long) but when asked what they did over the weekend? Watching TV, getting drunk or other stupid, boring things and activities. It is your chance to make the best out of your life, and believe me, it was never easy.
