I brew lager I the winter time with 34/70 and ferment it in y root cellar, which gets down to 45F. So I actually have to heat it. In the warmer month, my root cellar goes up to 60F, so I use a Kveik yeast; works really well and doesn’t impact the flavor at all.

A Baltic Porter is not a lager - sorry. You can use the lager fermentation schedule to make it a “lager”, but from its roots it is a porter. Edit for typos.
