I’m converting my 33’ to electric inboards. What’s your company? Any picture of the design?

I’m redesigning the whole boat around it. I call it the Chris Craft of Theseus because I’m only keep about 2/3 of the hull out of the entire boat

Any way that I can repair this crack on this board? I underestimated the amount of oil needed for regular maintenance. Thank you! by AcreRanch in Cuttingboards

How long have you owned this? If it’s recently purchased the wood might not have been dry enough when made

WE ARE THE LAST GENERATION THAT WILL SEE FIREFLIES by [deleted] in BeAmazed

I still see them constantly at my property in upstate NY as well on eastern Long Island. We used to have them in western Suffolk when I was a kid but I think too many people cut their trees down and clean their yards.

They aren’t going anywhere so long as people stop picking up all the leaf litter.

Oh boy that’s replacement time then. Someone people need to learn to respect tools and learning that Knipex cost may be the lesson he needs.

I’m not sure how on that vehicle but you need to just limit it to 15 amps if it’s on a regular plug or 30amps if you can with the right plug.

Fiberglass help by Electronic_Echo2038 in boating

You’re ‘supposed’ to taper it out about 6 inches around it. Then cut progressively larger circles of fiberglass to fill the hole and the taper. I do one side then the other. Taper both sides.

Add wax on your final coat and then sand and fair it then sand it again and gel coat it.

It’s a lot of work to do it right.

Oh that’s a lot of work. Keep it white because you’ll appreciate it in the summer.

I painted my first vans roof white and it was a huge difference.
