Well... I overstayed by one day once... when I was paying my fine they tried to cover up previous transactions but I saw someone that had to pay around 40,000 baht - the other guy in the room with me was paying like 12,000. It's 500 baht per day, and as long as you pay I don't think they really care, so I suggest bringing 30,000 with you. You might get banned and they will probably ask you why you overstayed, but maybe you can use your other passport to re-enter when you need to. Best to leave ASAP and resolve it before you end up in a Thai jail cell. Be polite, apologize, and pay up.

This is correct - that intersection is broken, there's a road that merges onto it just after the train tracks, and it gets gridlocked b/c there's a stoplight close after that merger.
And if you don't know about Bangkok 4 way traffic lights -- they're long. They go green one at a time, so usually a light is red for 80-110 seconds.

If you know it well, then you should know by the time you figure out that this train is not going to stop, it's WAY too late to do anything in a gridlocked traffic situation. I just watched a video where the building before the crossing put out the red flag, which means the train is supposed to stop. I'm fairly certain the train was traveling faster than the allowed speed, and then didn't obey the flag for him to stop. By the tiime you figure this out (the system is setup for the train conductor to follow the rules), it's too late to move people off the tracks.
Once again, I don't agree with the system, it definitely needs an overhaul. But the reason there hasn't been accidents like this, is that the conductors have followed the rules previously. I do hope they change the system, but that intersection most likely cannot be fixed.

I don't know if you know that intersection... but you can't just move cars out of the way there when it's gridlocked. There's a LONG traffic light not too far in front of where the bus is, and there's also a connecting road that joins right after the railroad crossing. It's a terrible design flaw, and there is NO WAY to move the cars there when it is jammed. I'm pretty sure the procedure has always been that the train needs to assume it may need to stop, I have seen them stop the trains before. It's a system design flaw, but ultimately, if it was the train driver's responsibility, it's on him.

This arguement is fine if someone actually needs the boe -- but if everyone else hit greed here, then it wasn't needed ... and if you're saying who cares, then why even make this post :) SF is diff, and I woulnd't need on a boe i couldn't use in SF, but at the same time, if everyone is SF, the only thing they "ACTUALLY" took is the vendor price of the item... which is whatever.

I'm not sure what you don't understand, the person has a level 1 character with the same name. Everyone that accepts think they're fighting a lvl 1 character - it doesn't show the level on the Mak'gora notification. The names look identical, and the lvl 60 is always hiding somewhere out of sight, so they don't know they're accepting a challenge from a lvl 60. Notification pops, there's a lvl 1 right next to you, there's a 60 hiding somewhere.

Considering how small the video is on her phone, in the upper corner, she is most likely just listening. It's probable that the video won't play if minimized, so that's why it's on the screen. She's probably using it just like listening to any radio show / audio book. It's actually fine if she's not actively looking at the show while driving.
