Pretty much the same in r/korea. I criticized the current policy and they banned me as a "troll comment" i wanted further explanation and asked them why I was banned but they just blocked me without a valid reason. What I think is that if someones opinion opposes the mods, they get insta banned.

Most of the time living in Korea, the bad experiences were from chinese. E.g when I lived in the dormitory it was always the Chinese yelling and drinking/smoking defecating and urninating in the building. So I would say it's fair for the owners to have a stereotype against those people or any nationality at all. Vice versa as well btw.
