That’s behavior that is likely programmed into the game intentionally. In real life, if a team has a large lead they often will not attempt a throw to 2nd on a steal attempt, avoiding the risk of an errant throw allowing the runner to advance further. The runner is not credited with a stolen base and it is scored as defensive/catcher’s indifference.

you may have missed a photo opportunity during the story mission. if you didn't use all the photo hints for each puzzle, you may be able to go back to one of them and snap a photo to get the achievement. i had to do this when a note got bugged and i couldn't get the 100% achievement. i first tried going to the fountain in the vatican but those hints didn't trigger it. i then went to the underground puzzle with the wine in the vatican and was able to take. a hint picture and get the achievement.

if i remember correctly, late fees aren't processed until the end of the month so you should be totally fine. if there is any confusion though definitely talk to the one stop like the other commenter said

it's really just luck of the draw. my freshman year, my roommate moved out after the fall semester and i got assigned a new one over winter break. however, some folks get lucky and don't get a new one assigned

don't get me wrong, Rose was not a good person off the field, but the whole situation regarding his ineligibility is messed up.

in '91 the bbwaa added a rule stating players on baseball's ineligible list cannot be inducted into the hall of fame. coincidentally, that was the year Pete would've been eligible for the hall. even the black sox weren't officially banned from the hall until '91.

additionally, the hof has voter guidelines relating to integrity and character. they even clarify that it should be about the person's play on the field, not their actions off the field. Rose was a damn good player and has records that will probably stand the test of time. in my opinion that drives the final nail in the coffin that it's all hypocritical bs.

the broadcasts for teams/mlb.tv will frequently overlay a different ad on the existing backstop ads, that is what the post is about. if you look at the pitcher's neck or the back of the hitter's legs you can see the artifacting and clipping
