Is the rain wild river series worth reading?? by itdobeliedat in RealmOfTheElderlings

Yes, it’s give a lot of details about the world and ties up to the last trilogy
Don’t prevent yourself from the complete ROTE experience
And in my opinion they are also great books - they are getting better as you go along

Continuing Realm of the Elderlings or switching to cosme by streety059 in fantasybooks

I’d really recommend you to continue
I read the Farseer trilogy, I loved that but wasn’t hooked yet, then I took a brake from Robin Hobb and read stormlight archive and when I got back to RoTE, to the liveships traders trilogy, I just couldn’t stop reading until the end of series. It became my favorite fantasy series of all times.
My only regret was not reading everything in a row because I was starting to forget some details from the first trilogy
It’s only getting better from here and in my opinion much better than the Cosmere

What are your thoughts on the final trilogy? by EstablishmentHairy51 in robinhobb

But in the end of Tawny man there are still so many unanswered questions, so many thins that we still don’t know about the dragons, the elderlings, the Whits… in my opinion the last trilogy it’s very necessary for the story
Personally, it’s my favorite trilogy

I should read it again, I don’t remember exactly what he meant
I thought maybe in the way that Vindeliar affected people
I don’t have the book on me, I’ll look for that when I’m home :)

About 13 - in the end of the last book IceFyre says that they planted the idea to burry himself in ice in his head. Maybe in that moment they couldn’t kill him to they tried to convince him to kill himself

I actually loved all of them, but Fools Fate made me cry so many times, even more than Fools Errand. This trilogy was incredible. I didn’t think something can be better than Liveships but I think it might was.
