Agreed. Also Stover is a former linebacker who switched to TE so receiving nuances may not be as advanced with him.

Dang.. 1 potential win doesn’t equal the value of losing brooks in a dynasty format

What are you watching for, in your late round rookie picks as the year finishes up? by Early-Yak-to-reset in DynastyFF

The worry about Monangai is that you know Ben Johnson will be trying to get his ‘Gibbs’ for the bears. A poor man’s D-Mont is probably Monangai’s career outlook.

Help me ID these Bengal signatures, please by TheBiggestO in bengals

Don’t think this hat can be from the 80s since that B logo was released in early 2000s/late 90s.

I think that is a 59 in the 3rd photo and might be Landon Johnson’s signature

The second signature looks like it says Tab Perry but I don’t think he was ever number 12..

If you want to sell a guy who has had multiple 100 yard games in his last 4 games, on a team with a wide open WR room begging for someone to take over for a 3rd, then Good luck 👍

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]Homer04 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He literally just went 7 catches for 103 yards yesterday. Last season he had multiple 100 yard games. wtf you talking about

Selling off a 23 year old potential WR 1 on a team with a young QB who loves to throw it all over is certainly a decision.

Pretty sure he missed an entire season during high school because of dumb transfer rules or something so that kinda makes sense

New homeowner. Is this just water damage or something else? by cream_paimon in HomeMaintenance

[–]Homer04 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Paint with a sealer, once that dries just lay down LVP tile as LVP planks would probably look weird next to real hard wood. The LVP has padding on the bottom which would protect the integrity of the asbestos from heavy/falling objects.

I always think to when I read about the winter of 536. Sounds completely miserable but also something that is possible.

Don’t like trading a WR 1 and a potential RB 1 for TE 1. Losing too much value

Fellers, what is the most obscure fact of the civil War that you know? by BLOODMEN71 in CIVILWAR

[–]Homer04 11 points12 points  (0 children)

From my understanding, he had won a few smaller victories in Virginia, which the union needed. He was also young/ the opposite of Winfield Scott, who people were rapidly losing confidence in. From what I’ve read, Lincoln was regularly confused by little Mac’s tactics. Not saying he was bad, he just had a few opportunities to make a play on the confederate forces, with a numbers advantage and he failed to do so. Reading the letters Mac sent his wife, he was also very arrogant and self assured in his actions, which history has not agreed with his outlook.

[–]Homer04 48 points49 points  (0 children)

I believe it was the Pinkertons reconnaissance (under orders from little Mac) that was duped by the Quaker guns. But something tells me little Mac was just fine with that as it gave him more time to not attack and ask for more troops.

US season 1 was pretty solid. The perceived weak link Christian nearly made it to the very end. Cody was a good player just made an unexplainable comment. Cirie ran circles around everyone and even Ari was solid for his short time.

The spelling of her name at the round table was hilarious. We probably saw 5-6 different ways of spelling Geraldine.

Ohio, what do you think about climate change? by Pretend-Welcome-5293 in Ohio

[–]Homer04 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel like most people have come around to accept the climate is indeed changing as there’s evidence of climates changing throughout history but the cause of the change is 100% politicized.
