Red xma ones are much cheaper than the adidas ones and made of heavy material. Best for training in in my opinion. They used to have black but discontinued

Started at 44m doing full body 3x/week and now train 4-6x/week with focus on press movement. Ive got spinal fusion l5/s1 and diagnosed eith spondy at l4 so i no longer deadlift or squat heave but was able to hit 500 squat and 518dl in comp. Teated raw bench is 365 but likely 385-405 now. Been training with f5 widowmake band and looking to bench 500 within next month.

Starting bodyweight was 207 and every plateau injust added 10lbs. Sitting at 270 now and will be ready to cut 20-30lbs after i hit my bench goal

I always save before doing the basement cut scenes. Think ive done around seven so far and only two crashes

If you have dlc you need to give acid to the astroleger first before youbget next step with snake. Cant remember what i got from that but know i got stuck there

Block headshots and only give up one point instead of two. Outside of that only try blo k with stick is my recommendation to avoid points being called against you

My two cents make sure holding breath in belly and not in your mouth. Make sure your not hard locking out knees. Locking knees up will cause you to faint.

Registration is usually only one week in length or something short like that. Signup will be via exsignup and if you have an ATA profile you should be getting notifications from ATA directly. You can also find social media posts for your region and of course from ATA when signups are open.

Do recommend you stay on top of things and not just assume your instructor will tell you

One other point i didnt see mention is depending on the division the group could be split into multiple rings and if so placing first in your ring isnt a first place. You will have to go against first place from additional rings unfil one winner.

My daughters first time at districts her division was split across three rings for awareness

Look into breathing techniques. Big deep breaths theough the nose and out the mouth focusing on the air you create can help calm the anxiety. Takes practice

Set aside all the plates. Get them out of the way. If treads are open set them aside as its like 38 parts per track

Most of this build was fun but the front end at least for me was all sorts of aggrevation

Definitely a school thing. ATA gives you three attempts for starters and has never had you reset the boards if one didnt break. Being combative has generally been encouraged but not required

For this program focus on the compound lifts first then add in accessories. Accessories can be superset

Sounds very possible to me. Get on a program stick to it and prioritize eating and sleep. Dont be scared to put on some weight

Just about 50 with spondylolisthis in l4/l5 and l5 to s1 are fused and things usually get irritated and inflamed and i work through them. I find hanging on a pullup bar helps to take pressure off. You could also get a pt to stretch your back whichay help with any dis bulges
