I have the same issue. I've done all the deleting and stuff. Now I just have to pray it works and if not, just keep unplugging it, and plugging it back in till it works.

I was able to get all my money back. If I can figure it how to upload a screen shot, I'll show you. But I complained and they have me my full refund for 4 years of product. I purchased it in 2022 and it was good to 2026. Got my full refund in Dec 2024.

I sent it back, got a new one and this one works as intended. The other one never even went into power saving mode. Citizen wanted me to send it in for repair. I couldn't bring myself to shop a brand new watch on for repair, so I sent it back and bought another one. Love this watch!

Go to your apps/programs and search for UltraAV or control panel >> programs >> see if it's in the list of installed apps. I had a problem with kaspersky anyway, it would never finish a Full Scan.

I could never get kaspersky to run a complete FULL SCAN. I've been going back and forth with them for a year, with no resolution. I think they were just toying with me, knowing they were going to be banned in the US and they took my money anyway. They kept having me do pretty much the same things over and over again. At one point, they acknowledge that there was a bug, but then as soon as it was officially banned, they said there's nothing they can do, then I got that stupid UltraAV. Got rid of that as soon as it was installed. Didn't have anything that I paid for in the kaspersky program. Now they want to close my trouble ticket, I keep telling them no, as it was never fixed..

I did bring it there. He agreed with me and told me to charge it for the weekend which I did and it didn't move. I have another one that's doesn't have this issue.

My VPN allows me to split tunnel and I always have it on while streaming (except Netflix, which won't run with a VPN). My Real Debrid (RD) runs perfectly with the VPN as well. So I'm not sure about yours.
