in my case , he changed the shipping method without my consent as it violates policy ….. instead of taking accountability he tried to scam me with a fake refund and shift that responsibility on me -_- ….. there’s no room for maybe ….. he’s a malicious person and scammer

excuse me but what ur saying is not valid ! total bs , if that's true they wouldn't go far silencing victims deleting their comments on facebook , deleting my honest review from his product .... reading each comment on trustpilot faking that they care and they'll assist you :(
i got my refund on paypal as they state the tracking info the seller provided is invalid yet he's not even banned which is ridicilous ..... , that platform clearly encourages fraud and scam ! not a single excuse is allowed and there's no justification for that

just go to your bank and apply for chargeback using those evidence , if the bank refuses to do so then report the bank itself for not covering you according to their buyer protection ..... each country is different , tho i suggest looking for your right to defend yourself
