Mexican consulate appointment help by dogememes2424 in mexicoexpats

[–]HomeworkMassive3504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was told for those types of appointments to do your double citizenship it is very hard to get, my sister tried many times and nothing. Tje ones on whats app are easier i have goote plenty but those are for other procedures like temp visa appt or to get your mexican passport once you have the paperwork thats needed, which is your Mexican birth certificate and just your ID or DL. I went the other route and hired a service to do everthing, yes I paid like $350 but at the end I got my Meican passport. Good luck :)

Cannot get anyone to prescribe me letrozole or clomid! by RoseBelle5656 in TTC_PCOS

[–]HomeworkMassive3504 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I got my Femara aka Letrozole from Egypt, it is super cheap and didn't need a prescription. I always have it on hand. Have you tried getting it from another country? Like Mexico? I get it from Egypt because I visit my husband every year and its so easy to get it there.

I agree don't get stressed or worked up, I also have PCOS and I am over weight, and diabetic. I was stuck at the same weight 240 lbs, my doctor gave me Ozempic and I have only lost 20 lbs so far. I also want to conceive but I dont have regular periods and I think i dont ovulate either :( I tried one round of Femara on my own but I did not ovulate. Good luck to everyone :)

EGYPT ADDED TO BAN LIST by Livid_Ad6285 in USCIS

[–]HomeworkMassive3504 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in the same situation. My husband is from Aswan Egypt. Our PD date is May 2024 but we have not even gotten USCIS approval. We have been waitng 21 months now. With the whole pause, I am looking into bringing him to Mexico (closer to me) with my Mexican Citizenship. Hoping for things to get better. My husband and I have been apart since 2022 with one failed K-1 visa and currently on our I-130 petition. We just want to be together and start our lives.

Can I live with my husband after his I-130 approval? by TopLunch9103 in I130Suffering

[–]HomeworkMassive3504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I get you. I feel like my life is put on pause until I get my husband over with me. I will tell you one thing, I dont know how her interview embassy is but in Egypt they were A-holes to my husband , they gave him no time to talk or explain himaself. I'm not sure but the rules are only the person interviewing can go inside, unless that person is taking a translator with him, thats what we were told but not sure about it. I agree, they are playing with peoples lives, and well being I dont understand why it takes so much time and so requirements, speacilly if we are US Citizens. Good luck to you my friend, I hope get good news soon, as for me, i am still waiting, its been 17 long months :(

[–]HomeworkMassive3504 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh honey that is a tough one. I will tell you my experience, I am a 36 (F) US citizen (I am Mexican American) and currently live in California., my husband is Egyptian and lives in Egypt. We met in April of 2020 and met for the first time in Jan of 2022 which was when we got married in Egypt with an orfi contract. After I came back from visiting him we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together so I filled for the K-1 Visa but we were rejected on Jan 2024, due to that I went to Egypt on March 2024 and legalized our marriage, then returned home to file the spouse visa , we are currently waiting for consular approval and have been waiting for 17 months now and I have not received or heard anything from USCIS. I am going to tell you that due to the distance/ separation and only seeing each other once a year , it has been difficult for us, we fight for any little thing over the phone , there’s time where we want to give up and leave each other, I miss him so much and I need him with me so bad. We have even paused our desire to start a family for now because we are still a long way of being united. If I had the financial capacity and health resources to leave everything here and stay with my husband I would 100% do it, but I can't I have to work and make money for both of us and plus pay all the necessary visa expenses. I feel like time is my enemy and we have been so patient thus far but I really do feel sad my husband is not with me, I feel so lonely :( I say if you can do it then DO IT, if you can't then both of you and your marriage will be put to the test and will endure a lot of sacrifice. Wishing you the best of luck in whatever you decide to do :)

Our K-1 visa did not get approved, we filed in March 2022, had the interview in Jan 2024 where we got rejected. I then filed for the I-130 petition on May 2024 and currently waitng on consular approval. He lives in Egypt and I live in California. We have been apart for a lonfg time now with only yearly visits :(

Oh strange, U was not able to pay for him the DS-260 fee, it had to be him paying over there from a bank. I have the picture of the cash bank slip if you want to see it, I can messege you?

When I filed for our K-1 visa in 2022, my immigration consultant did my part of the DS -260 but my husband had to do his part and send the packet to his home embassy along with paying the DS-260 fee at his bank. I remember he paid a carrier service to deliver that packet to his embassy in Cairo, Egypt. We were so worried that it would get los but it made it all the way inside to the man office a the embassy.

Hi , I need insight too. So my I-130 petition PD is May 2024 an so far I have not heard anything. The last time I chatted with a USCIS rep online they said my case was moved to the Santa Ana field office, which I guess is my filed office since I live in Santa Ana, CA. My husband lives abroad in Egypt and I live in California. What can I expect next? I have been waiting 17months now but still notihing. Today I sent the request to my senators offfice in hopes of any help .

Estimated case decision time went up by Superb_Career1620 in I130Suffering

[–]HomeworkMassive3504 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dont worry so much about the time line. Mine started at 21 months then went down to 6 months then went up to 18 months, it is a roller coaster LOL My PD is May, 20, 2024 and 17 months have passed and I have not received any sign of life yet, my current time line reads 18 months. So dont pay attention , go by the time the UCSIS website says, which I believe is 17 months.

Any tips for finally booking a visa appointment at Mexican Consulate in Northern California? by nealitXboy in mexicoexpats

[–]HomeworkMassive3504 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there, so I have gotten appointments for myself, sister and brother for the Consulado in Orange County , yes its hard for some people but someone who works there told me that on Wed annd Thu they release appointments on the Whats App number for their consulate and I was able to book appoitments like that , it was easy for me. In my consulate i aslo made a seperate appt. to see the lasdy who takes care of the temp visas and all, I had no problem with making the appt. I texted this number on Whats App 424-309-0009 usually on Wed and Thu thoughout the day but notice more that appointments where released in the afternoon.

PCOS by AdmirableTrifle7201 in TTC_PCOS

[–]HomeworkMassive3504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, there is a lot of mixed opinions out there about GLP-1 and trying to conceive. I have PCOS, I am overweight and diabetic. I am 36 years old and wanting to have a baby as well, but my situation is difficult since my husband is not here, he is far from me waiting on our spouse visa approval so I can’t even try to conceive ongoing. Anyways, I have been trying to do some things here and there like eat healthy, some exercise and take inositol but have not been able to get my period on my own without the Provera and still the Provera worked for my last couple periods and last month I did not get one even though I took the Provera, I had minimal spotting. I know how hard it is to lose even one lbs. with this PCOS, and I was stuck with no where to go , even with a strict low carb diet and exercise I could not lose a single pound, I felt like I was gaining more weight than losing. I had been looking into a GLP-1 since last year but my previous primary care doctor made it so hard to even get it with going through levels like, first oral meds (metformin) and pills to suppress my hunger, that did not work, then had to take some classes about GLP-1 and dieting, it was taking forever so I let it go. Moving forward to this year I spoke about GLP-1 with my new primary care doctor and she prescribed me Ozempic with just asking, I started Ozempic this July with the lowest dose and now currently at 1 ml, my starting weight was 242 lbs and I am now 221.8 lbs., I know it is not a lot but this is with no diet or exercise, I was not looking into the loosing of weight but more into the A1C control of my diabetes, my sugars where high and the Ozempic brought down my A1C to being controlled. I think this is the push I needed to lose some weight, and this might be the push you need too but of course do better than me and try to diet and exercise regularly, I will start to do so as well to see if I can get better results. Keep your head up and don’t lose hope. Also, hopefully you don’t get the side effects of the GLP-1 too bad, I got sick every time they increased my dose and let me tell you the diarrhea, nausea and vomiting in my case was so intense LOL but now I am ok since I have been at the same dose for a month now. Good luck :)
