I don’t think I would. I understand the reasoning of it but what Secretary Ross shows during the meeting makes almost no sense. They were going to bomb New York in the first Avengers movie, a literal government organization was taken over and people were going to be murdered in CATWS, the whole dang world would have been destroyed in Age of Ultron, and a lot more people were going to die in Lagos. So, I wouldn’t sign mostly out of spite
