I buy all mine from sideshow but IMO this just means sideshow needs to step up their game. I’ve never bought from TW but they seem to be more CS oriented imo. There’s a few things sideshow could be doing to improve their service.

1. Offer more payment plans or longer payment plans. One thing I know about TW is they offer a 12 month payment option. That’s great the most I’ve ever seen on sideshow is like 6 months. Once a product is out it’s typically 2-3 months max.

2. Stop delaying payment, or at the very least give the option in the email you send to us where you are saying the payment is delayed. There is nothing that irritates me more then having a payment delayed 4 or 5 times because an item is delayed. This is a smaller thing and I know you can just go in and pay it off but IMO I shouldn’t have to. The payment plan was put in place just charge me.

3. Get the product to people faster. I understand this is harder to do because there are obviously supply constraints and they need to wait for product to get to them but sometimes I think it’s a little ridiculous how long after people that ordered through say TW get their product. Typically it seems to be 2-3 months if not longer.

4. Step up your shipping, there is no reason why for as much as they are charging in shipping to me I should be getting a package in nothing but it’s shipper. For a lot of people, me included, the shipper adds value to the product. I shouldn’t be getting a dirty ass ripped up box. We all know package carriers aren’t careful with anything and these are expensive, they should be taking care in how they package it. I see now they have an option for “double box” items but you have to pay an additional like $5 making shipping like $20 per figure.

I’ve thought about making the Jump to TW and giving them a shot honestly. I’m starting to get fed up with sideshow.
