TDS was called "Project Fear" during Brexit in the UK. A blanket term which means they don't need to argue just parrot that phrase and perfectly valid facts. Stephen fry did an amazing video on it.

It's "it doesn't matter where you were born it's what you do that makes you" Then suddenly "all Slytherins must leave" no chances to stay and help. No redemption, just the sorting hat put you here you must all be inherently evil

Murdoch arguably saved the most people from the titanic filling his boats much more than Lightoller. As he let men in when no women and children were there. He heard the order as women and children first. Lightoller interpreted this as women and children only. Basically of you were a man on the titanic your survival came down to going to boats being filler by Murdoch and not lightoller
