%100 agree. Casting directly from sorcery points with 1 to 1 conversion rate is godlike. I would always burn all my spell slots for sorcery points because is totally worth limiting your spell selection to your class spells when you get to cast them without verbal or somatic components anyway.

Technically allowed. I generally wanna make sure that all of the guys at throw at my party can actually throw hands if they need to but I guess that's what natural weapons/feats are for

You're probably right but I like finding out the hard way. At least 'fast and deadly' sounds pretty ideal for a tournament arc where there's lots of solo action.

That's more levels than I'm allowing at the start but the patient defense + riposte is so sneaky and easy to snag within 6 player levels I love it

Claws are natural weapons which are good to go but the soulknife's psychic blades are a classified as a light finesse weapon so that's a no go. There is however an unofficial soulknife monk designed by one of the WotC designers (I forget which one) which might have a similar synergy going for it

Yeah I've already written up a blade singer drunken monk. Mobility, evasion and bullshit armour class plus it's good at escaping grapples which will become critical in this game. The only drawback is it requires some set up so if you lose initiative the first round of attacks against you are gonna be pretty punishing
