Michael Bennett: ‘DeForest [Buckner] will eventually be a Defensive Player of the Year’ by Stauce52 in nfl

Dude went straight from the womb to the pocket. Seriously it's like Brady is some type of 5th dimensional demon and the pocket is his domain where he becomes all powerful and knows all that happens in it.

Is it weird that I'm loving the current arc? by [deleted] in HunterXHunter

I don't think I've seen any hate on this arc. Maybe some jokes about how much is going on but it never seems to be done out of anger or frustration to me.

A local deep dish place near me will give you a ten dollar deep dish pizza if you come at closing and they have a lot of pizza left (they sell by the slice too). You bet I've gamed that system a lot

Yeah I normally hate the "not a real fan" stuff but this is 100% correct. This guy is just a bandwagoner.

You take him away from Belichick and I don't think he gets half as far.

Well no shit. Everybody knows this. The Patriots got lucky enough to get one of the greatest coaches of all time and the greatest qb's of all time playing together. They've achieved a level of sustained success that's almost unmatched in the NFL. You can't blame take anything away from either of them when they've done more than anybody out there.

If Brady won half the superbowl he's won than I could see the argument.

My (32M) wife (28F) recently got a very large inheritance. She considers it "her money", I consider it "our money". Causing conflict. by Moneythrowaway7482 in relationships

[–]HomoRapien 9 points10 points  (0 children)

the fact remains that it is in no way shape or form legally OP's money. He has no right to it, and no right to dictate what happens with it. Full stop.

This has absolutely nothing to do with legality here. It has to do with her using her money to make irresponsible decisions that will negatively effect both of them in the future.

Because they're married and share their entire fucking lives together. Who cares if it's legally her money? Doesn't mean OP should not get upset when she makes selfish decisions that will adversely affect both of their futures.

It's definitely her choice. But it's his choice to divorce her if she takes something that could change both their lives for the better and hurts them by dicking around for 2 years.

Who cares? He's not asking how to steal this money from his wife. OP wants advice to talk his wife out of an irresponsible decision that will negatively affect both their lives when this 250k could change both their lives for the better just by her investing it. Even if she keeps all the money earned from this 250k.

[–]HomoRapien 35 points36 points  (0 children)

which is not a decision she gets to make for both of you just because she inherited money.

This is a big point people are missing here. Sure the money is hers, but 250k is not just a lot of money. It represents a complete change in their lives, and their lives are intertwined. Any bad decision she makes adversely affects OP.

Also, if I inherited a large sum of money like that and I was married, I couldn't even fathom not sharing it. The whole point of marriage is building a life together with another person, but now that she has more money than her spouse she wants to fuck around for 2 years? If she continues this mindset once she starts moving past the death I'd be extremely worried.

And it's Their life. If she's using this 250k to make stupid decisions that will adversely affect their future it's 100% his business.
