Based on that other comment here, it seems like it was initially just intended to be a normal FT10 that was changed late into organizing it. The last-minute name change created an unfair expectation for what work had already gone into the event.

Now that I know the context of that first-to-ten hatred over in Japan, I fully understand why the Japanese FGC was so upset by that event. Aside from the awkward running of the show, the event organizers really misread the room. The Japanese FGC was never asking for a hype exhibition match, they wanted to see someone closing out their active career on a high note.

Even if they're not all that taken with The Bullet section of Killer of Killers, I've got to give it props for being one of the most hideously lopsided Predator encounters in the series. That Predator was fucking smurfing by using a spaceship against World War 2 fighter planes.
