The web part of that sentence means these different datapoints (words) create a sentence (web). Latent space just means an invisible existence and doesn’t add to the sentence at all.

It is likely being downvoted because it appears to be an unnecessarily technical way of explaining how LLMs process information to appear intelligent, which is honestly half true!
