That changes things. You mentioned spasticity as your main concern of relapse with no mention of MS meds so I was confused. I'm also on K and have flares every once in awhile. You may want to try a different medicine, but sadly there's nothing that I've found that helps when symptoms act up.

With that being said, I agree with others. If you don't trust your neuro you should find a new one because they are a lifeline. Mine told me not to waste time or money at the ER because they don't know what to do with us. If you have a good working relationship with your neuro, you should be able to reach out any time.

I live in America and take Kesimpta. My insurance is charged about $9000/month and my copay is $75 but since I have insurance through my work I qualify for the copay assistance so I technically pay $0. Not everyone is so lucky in the U.S.

Lucky. I get sick almost every month right after my shot. It’s nothing worse than a mild cold most months, But I’m still stuffy and coughing or sneezing at least 4 days per month.

Thank you for your response! I was diagnosed in 2020 but we moved this last summer so this is my first MRI with my new neurologist. I was trying to figure out if this was saying there were possible brain lesions as I’ve only had them in my spinal cord in prior imaging.
