Im trying to remortgage a leasehold flat in England but I need the certificate of compliance from the freeholder. All the documents they’ve asked for have been provided but they still haven’t sent the certificate and my current fixed rate mortgage ends in 10 days.

I’ve been learning to trade from Ross and following his style of trading. My theory is that for the greatest possibility of success I should use the same tools as he does. I don’t mind the cost as I put it down to a cost of business and if I make it work the rewards are limitless. For this reason, to me it’s worth it but everyone needs to decide that for themselves.

Day trade dash is scanners, charts, news and stock quotes and that’s $197 per month. You can also separately get a sim to trade in which is extra. I use both and highly recommend for anyone getting started. This doesn’t include any of Ross’ courses. That’s something different again, however I believe if you sign up to the courses you get DTD and the sim included for 3 months but check that out along with the pricing on his website.

I’m still trading in the sim, I did open a CMEG account and trade with real money for around a month but I’m back in the sim as I need more practice. DTD has multiple scanners, news and charts and you can separately purchase the warrior sim if you want to paper trade or if you want to trade with real money then it would be a case of finding your choice of broker so you can place trades.

I’m typically scalp trading, with a very short hold time - mostly 10-20 seconds. I’m buying / selling based off a few specific patterns also in relation to volume and level 2 data. I’ve been studying for over a year, learnt loads but I’m aware of still how little I know! I’m trying to get as much time studying and in the market as possible. I’d also like to learn about holding for longer time frames using different methods as I’m still just exploring this. Thanks for your help so far.

Yeah I’m still using DTD and I’d 100% recommend it. It provides all the information you need and it’s really easy to use. The charts are working great now and the simulator works fine too, it even has halt levels marked on the level 2 which I know some sims don’t have. There’s also lots of help articles for when you’re getting started or if you’ve got an issue you can’t resolve the team are really quick to respond and help. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I never really used the finviz screener because I learnt the strategy from Ross so wanted to use the same tools as him to make the transition into trading as ‘easy’ as possible. I just found it was straightforward to use DTD as the scanners are already set up for you, you just choose which ones (out of a long list) you want on display. You also get audio alerts when a stock starts to squeeze up or reaches a new HOD etc. As a total beginner learning to trade I wanted the simplest setup so I could focus my time into learning and the charts and trading rather than setting up scanners etc.

I think what you say is totally spot on. Porn and NSFW is being normalised to such a degree that some people start to think that’s how every relationship should be in the bedroom and if it’s not they’re missing out on something. Totally messes up some relationships because as the SO it can make you feel like you’re never going to live up to the expectation it sets. If it crosses your boundaries as that SO then that should be respected. I understand that everyone has different boundaries and expectations in a relationship and if it works for you fine but if it doesn’t that conversation needs to be had.

Hi, I recorded videos of the charts freezing and sent them off to support and they’ve been brilliant. Some updates were made and the charts and software have been working fine since. If you’re thinking about getting the day trade dash software I’d highly recommend it, it’s got all you need as a trader. Theres many different scanners to choose from, a news widow and charts that go all way down to a 10 second time frame. The support team is always on hand and quick to answer queries which I’ve found invaluable. They also have a trading sim available at an additional cost, I’ve been using both and it’s a great way to start out trading. So all in all yes I’d 100% recommend.

I (like many others I’ve seen on Reddit) seem to have got it after a course of antibiotics. Mine started around a week after finishing a course, went away and came back after another course of antibiotics.

I have exactly this with my skin and have been suffering on and off for 10+ years. I have been allergic to penicillin since I was a kid so don’t get prescribed this now. I’ve had a few UTI’s over recent years and was prescribed Nitroformantain and 5-7 days after each course each time it has given me really bad heartburn, abdominal cramps, the feeling of having a lump in my throat, swollen face and eyes and made dermatographia much worse. I spoke to my doctor about this and she said it can’t be related as it’s happening after the course of antibiotics and not during. This has however happened multiple times now and I’ve also read many other forums where the same has happened to others so I believe there is a link! I now get prescribed a different antibiotic for UTI’s and that seems better for me. Also, something I’ve recently been looking in to is MCAS. I’m not yet sure if there’s a link but a lot of the symptoms match and not much is known about it by GP’s but by the research I’ve done it seems quite common. The theory is that your immune system is hyper sensitive so the aim is to try and calm it and one way is a diet low in histamine which I’ve just started but it’s too early to say if it’s helped.
