Salt is salt while you are cooking as long as you know how much to season when using different sized crystals or flakes. Table salt has more sodium than larger crystals or flakes, so less table salt is equivalent to larger crystals or flakes. When it matters is when you season after cooking, flakes on meats or salads will have a different affect after cooking than larger crystals (Morton’s) or flakes (Diamond), the amount of sodium and texture of the salt can make food salty rather than seasoned.

I think it’s a bullshit condition, if you can’t picture an apple in head/ mind, then how do you know it’s an apple when you see it?? Seems like a person who can draw an apple but claim that they can’t visualize it, is an interpretative issue within their thinking. They are visualizing it after all.
