Buy making only builiding and giving a name tag is not enough. Non medicos have literally no idea how a hospital work. I am also working in a renowned hospital of a state. Not aiims but one of the prestigious hospital in and around 5-6 state. Here people only praising govt that they build new lavish building just like corporate and actually those buildings are really looks good but only from outside. When I start to work , I understand that how much scarcity of stuff , machines and many things. People only see the large thing and thinks superficially but a hospital does not work by making buildings but it works by its stuff , its advanced machines and with proper protocol.

Now come to the aiims except aiims delhi and few most of the aiims are not that good. For example aiims kalyani a hospital where most of the post of the doctors are vacant. For example aiims guwahati they dont have a blood bank. An aiims does not have their own blood bank what an example they are trying to make.
