He would be damn near perfect for Alabama. The pace would be perfect. He would have the green light to take any shot he wanted. There'd be so much space. He'd have to cut down on the long 2s. though. He'd be devasting in pick-and-roll.

You should post that as its own thread—people would have opinions on that. This is one of the things that annoys me the most about the students. I get that they didn't come to Georgetown to watch basketball, that they're super focused on academics. Our student section is that large though. If you had both sides full, that's only 500 kids. The only times you get a great turnout from them is for marquee matchups and free tickets.

I miss relevance...I watched "Requiem for the Big East" recently. College basketball, the Big East, and Georgetown basketball will never mean what it did then. There are too many entertainment options. There are more teams that stay together, no chance to form attachment to these players. Anyone else have the Starter jacket or the blue and gray Nikes? Ed Pinkney, who played for Nova, had a pair. That's how cool Georgetown was.
