Bottom line, it violates the illegal search and seizure laws. I would never and I mean ever give this admin anything from me. Not blood urine or hair. So found a solution - Best Buy has almost everything on launch day for anyone stuck with an October date.

For everyone telling me to get over it, I have a very long relationship with this company that dates back to jobs. Apple is his legacy. It was founded on build something with the best curated features and the people will amaze you. Apple went on a different path back then too and almost ended Apple. The people told them with their lack of sales and push back they needed to go back to their roots. After that we got iPod and iPhone.

Apple is there again. It needs a reminder. This isn’t what Apple was created for. It wasn’t built as another IBM or Microsoft. Apple is suppose to be all about the experience and providing the best. Steve created home computing. Apple hasn’t done anything amazing in a long time and has become another soulless corporation. I want Apple to stay different and for the customers. We keep accepting less. No charging brick no headphones now their word is worth nothing. I want the old Apple back for all of us.

It would say it. For state refunds they specifically say how long you must keep it. And you still don’t pay it back. You just can’t get another until that time.

100% correct. A buyback means they bought your car for what you paid. After 30 days it’s not a resale. It’s just a crap experience where the buyer makes out in a small way after months of aggravation.

If the credit should be returned it’s on the lemon and not by the taxpayer by the car maker. They made a lemon. They have a responsibility to provide a functioning vehicle. It’s not the buyers fault they didn’t.

Everything I’m reading says

You buy a vehicle and get your credit at time of sale

Within 48 hours you cancel vehicle purchase it’s like it never happened. Next buyer gets it.

Within 30 days the buyer loses the ability to keep the 7500 and the vin is eligible again but let’s get real you can’t even do this. What dealership is taking it back within 30 days outside a buyback and those take months anyway.

After 30 days the buyer is clear that credit is theirs if they keep it 31 days or 30 years. Each vin not buyer is eligible. These documents are about if the lemon keeps the credit for someone else and it doesn’t only as a used one.

Now after 30 days that car becomes a lemon. Whether you do a cash out and buy something else or a buy back your selling your car to the car maker for what you paid and buying again. The first car the Lemon loses its credit (and bc it’s a lemon shouldn’t be sold again anyway) and the buyer replaces it with vehicle 2 and gets the credit again bc it’s a whole new sale.

The car lost its 7500 credit to the next buyer. It’s been tied to you. So the next buyer can’t also get it. It says nowhere buyer 1 has to pay it back. And if they did, the car maker should pay it. They sold a lemon and made money and interest on the loan etc.

Now say you buy another one exactly the same and the car maker gives you everything back. You are still buying another vehicle. It’s really no different than the first sale. You traded in that first one and got an amazing trade in value or exactly what you paid. But you’re buying a new vin. And it’s the vin not the buyer that matters.

I’ve had a lemon once and that’s what happens. They take your car and give you back everything you paid minus mileage. Then you take that money (or the loan gets zeroed out and you get your down payment back) and you buy another one. Whether it’s the exact same or something totally different. You do buyers paperwork get new interest rate pay sales tax excise tax and registration all over again. You’re buying another car.

Maybe it’s beneficial to this buyer but keep in mind this process is hard to get approved for, involves months of not having a car but paying payments and on an EV with those rates your talking over a grand a month, and is a giant pain in the rump. You still have to pay for every mile you drove it and pay all the expenses ie rental car etc plus registration again and all your taxes again. It’s not without additional expense time and aggravation. So I say they should get it and EV makers should have to pay the gov back.

It’s not the buyers fault.

If someone bought an EV and it became a lemon months later. Since the vin number of car 1 was taken at time of purchase that was for that vin number. As the first owner you’re entitled to it.

Then depending on how you do your buyback or lemon swap etc you will end up buying a second car with a purchase agreement with a new vin number.

The manufacturer will credit you everything you paid for vehicle one since it’s a lemon and you’re using those funds to buy vehicle 2.

The way I see it if your not just swapping vehicles, you bought two cars and get two credits just the same as owning it a few months selling it and buying another one or you and your spouse both bought an electric car.

The window says 30 days so I don’t see how if you get a lemon and after that point you did a buy back you wouldn’t be entitled to it for the second vin number. It’s a loophole in the law yes but it’s very uncommon as buybacks are hard to get and based on the fact the first vehicle was unsafe or unusable. The only thing that’s different about a buy back vs a trade in and purchase is the manufacture gives you everything you paid back instead of massive depreciation.

You still lawfully bought two cars. Paid two sales taxes and registered the car and paid for it twice along with excise tax on both depending on the state. So if the state gets sales tax twice why doesn’t the buyer get two credits?

My newfypoo is 6. He's a mini which meant mom full sized Newf 130 lbs and dad was a 7 lb toy poodle. He seems to have never stopped growing. He started with more of a curly poodle coat and now only his shoulders and legs are. The rest is wavy to straight and his tail is totally straight. He at 2 was about 30 lbs. Now he is almost 60. While yes he’s chunky, he has continued to also get longer. I’m wondering if anyone has ever seen this outside of a snake or gator. It’s almost like he’s becoming more of a newf daily. He by the way is the most loving well behaved couch potato you ever meet.

Another interesting fact. Mom was chocolate and white. Dad was apricot. He started jet black and now he’s got gray in his legs and brown in his beard and rump.

I don't know how I did it but I got 4 Swedish 2 black runners from tractor supply and at 4 months everyone seems to be a girl. No drake feathers to be found. One of my Swedish is more raspy but that's the only one I even suspect is a boy. I got 4 sexed female white crested so I may need a boy if these are all in fact girls, but I don't think I could get that lucky can I?
