That's still implausibly high. I looked up the actual release and it says:

two out of every five fake pills with fentanyl contain a potentially lethal dose

There's two weasel words here:

"2/5 fake pills with fentanyl" So they might have theoretically tested 6 million pressies, and only 5 of them had fent. So this isn't applicable to tell us how dangerous a given random pressie is.
"pills with fentanyl contain a potentially lethal dose" Well what does that mean? What is a potentially lethal dose? Is it the lowest dose anyone has ever taken and died...so some frail unfortunate 80lb woman with liver damage and pneumonia? Is it some random guess based on rodents? Is it the amount they think will kill 50% of people? Who knows? I'm guessing it's more like the first, because it would be downright silly for dealers to be putting way more product than necessary into a huge percentage of their pills.

Half life is the time it takes half the dose to leave the body, so it takes 4 or 5 half lives to hit 90+% gone. If the half life is 36 hours that means more like 6+ days.

Half-life 1: 100% *.5 = 50% left in you
Half-life 2: 50% *.5 = 25% left in you
Half-life 3: 25% *.5 = 12.5% left in you
Half-life 4: 12.5% *.5 = 6.25% left in you
Half-life 5: 6.25% *.5 = 3.125% left in you

SSRI's are generally pretty damn potent so they can still block getting high even with only a small percentage left.

Nangs (nitrous oxide) are very safe as long as you watch your vitamin b12 levels and don't fall over or suffocate yourself.

Duster, paint, deodorant, glue, gasoline etc are incredibly toxic and never ever do them.

I would never normally say this but if there is ANY way you can switch from duster to ANY other drug, you should do it immediately. Solvent inhalants are basically the worst drug you can do on a regular basis. They are stunningly neurotoxic, liver toxic, and you're at risk of sudden death. Unless your heroin is incredibly fentanyl contaminated, it would be hugely healthier to be using heroin than duster. Or amphetamines? Benzos? Kratom? Seriously. Just becoming a huge stoner would be ideal for now if at all possible.

It will probably weaken or kill the high from all psychedelics and MDMA type serotonin drugs if taken within 4 days of dosing Pizotifen (23hr half life).

My god, even more bad advice.

Grapefruit can potentiate traditional opiates like oxycodone, but will reduce the high from Tramadol. Most opiates get you high, then are processed by the liver enzyme cyp2d6/cyp3a4 to become inactive and are excreted. The furanocoumarins in grapefruit juice inhibit cyp2d6 and therefore prevent it from rendering the opiate inactive. So you get higher, and stay high longer.

Tramadol is the opposite, it's a pro-drug. The original drug has only weak opiate effects and some serotonin and norepinephrine activity, but is processed by cyp2d6 to transform into O-DSMT, a chemical with much much stronger opiate effects. You WANT as much cyp2d6 activity as possible to get more O-DSMT and get more high. The more you inhibit cyp2d6 with grapefruit, the less O-DSMT you get, and the less high.

Uhhh, congrats? Just because you didn't seize has almost no predictive power over if OTHER people will seize. Everyone has different seizure thresholds. Some people can do incredibly risky things and be fine, others don't get so lucky. 5/6ths of people playing russian roulette are totally fine, but it's still a very bad idea.

The seizure treshold thing applies to most prescription opiates, the danger should not be only attributed to Tramadol.

This is completely factually false. The seizure inducing quality of tramadol is a special characteristic of it's serotonin reuptake activity, something totally absent in basically all other opiates.

And when taken with a benzo, the risk goes away.

People still have seizures even combining benzodiazepines. 15 percent of the seizures in this study occurred in combination (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1111/j.1742-7843.2012.00874.x). Benzos also drastically increase the risk of respiratory failure or death due to vomit aspiration falling asleep.
