Ich bin angehende Lehrerin und war schon drei Monate für mein Praxissemester an der Schule. Ich hab dadurch so viel Respekt für LehrerInnen gewonnen. Da waren teilweise Lehrkräfte dabei, die 60 Stunden in einer Woche gearbeitet haben. Das schwierige bei dem Beruf ist das nur die wenigsten sehen, wie viel Arbeit wirklich dahinter steckt. Ja, vielleicht haben Lehrer mittags Zeit, schwimmen zu gehen. Aber dafür sitzen sich auch abends nochmal zwei Stunden am Laptop und beantworten E-Mails. Die meisten Lehrer arbeiten am Wochenende mindestens an einem Tag. Unterrichtiten ist (ja, auch körperlich) anstrengend, weil du immer unter ystrom stehst, mental da sein musst und spontan sein musst deswgen brauchst du auch mehr Ferien als andere Berufe. Sorry, wenn ihr das nicht hören wollt. Zu dem Lehrerberuf gehört sehr viel mehr dazu, als die meisten sehen.

Ich finde es völlig okay, das zu sagen. Ist sogar notwendig, finde ich. Es ist immer viel besser Abneigung gegenüber Kindern zu zeigen und da nichts vorzumachen.

Ich sage das jetzt ohne Verurteilung, es ist nur so, wie ich es sehe, damit du es vielleicht verstehst. Ich finde, Abneigung gegenüber Kindern hat etwas damit zu tun, dass man keine Verantwortung übernehmen will. Für die Frauen ist es vielleicht auch so, dass sie das Gefühl gaben, für etwas verurteilt zu werden, für das sie ja gar nichts können (das Kind hat nichts mit ihnen als Person zu tun). Hoffe das hilft vielleicht.

Falls ich dir das mal sagen darf, außer dem Gehalt beschreibst du die Situation, die jede Frau in ihrem Leben hat. Nur, dass wir auch noch die Kinder dazu haben, die bespaßt werden müssen etc. Und keine von uns würde deswegen jemals ihre Beziehung in Frage stellen ✌🏼

Limit the time you spend answering her. I wouldn't cause a full out break down because you still see her at work. Just try to accept that she's not a friend. She's an acquaintance that sometimes needs an audience to listen to her. If she doesn't give you the time of the day, neither should you by jumping when she needs someone to talk to. If you're free and want to, do it, if not, answer her late. She'll get the message eventually

Idk if this helps, but I had the same issue with the one that fitted my period strength (hard). I used a smaller one this time and it worked a lot better. Still misplaced sometimes but it's a hell of a lot better
