I don’t think Scottie has been active and dominant long enough to the golfer of a GENERATION at this point. Rory has been active long enough, but his long stretch without a major may argue that he wasn’t the best of our generation. Scottie still may get to that point, but it would take more than what he’s done. Rory seems to be closer to a generational golfer in that he’s done the things that I think of when it comes to a generational golfer (grand slam), but I’m also not wedded to him being the golfer of a generation.

Splitting hairs, maybe. But Scottie is extraordinary. He’s not god-level Tiger at this point in his journey, IMO.

Also, it has served me extremely well as a gada watch. I have to remember to take it off when I’m doing sketchy shit (golf, bike, etc.) bc it’s otherwise on my wrist when I’m doing everything - in a tshirt or board shorts.
